Narrative Design
I use illustration as a strategic tool to translate technical complexity into intuitive, brand-aligned visual systems that scale across products, campaigns, and industries.

Illustration System
I set out to evolve our isometric illustration system, add depth, materiality, and motion; without touching what already made it recognizable: the brand palette, composition, and geometry. I built it myself as a node-based AI workflow.
I started by prepping the base illustrations to work with the AI workflow, not against it, stripping strokes and simplifying complex compositions into clean, single-element snippets. That upfront prep meant less prompting downstream and more consistent, controllable results.
From there, I built the iteration system in Figma Weave: an Image Iterator to push the full set through the same depth/finish treatment, and a Text Iterator on prompt variables to auto-generate color variations. For motion, I designed a signature effect — no camera, no added elements, just existing shapes levitating in a soft offset loop.

The result, a static illustration system turned into a scalable, on-brand production pipeline — depth, color, and motion added at scale, without redesigning the system or prompting every output.
Process of the node-based workflow in Figma Weave
Once the illustrations were locked, I moved into motion, testing the same piece across several models until I found one with tight enough control to animate only what I chose and leave the camera untouched. That's where the levitation loop came from: the one motion language that held up without breaking the isometric read.
