Creative Concept
This section shows the conceptual thinking behind the work: how I move from a brief to a visual language, from ambiguity to a direction that a team can rally around and execute at scale.

Special mention
Corporate brand work and cultural institution design share the same structural demands;  but cultural work requires more conceptual risk and deeper narrative thinking. As lecturer and designer for the International Media Cultural Work Master Program at Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences, I led end-to-end creative production for the program's exhibitions and communications: poster design, media assets, flyers, books, and brochures.

I designed 3 complete brand identities for media art exhibitions at Hochschule Darmstadt — each requiring a visual sensibility built around concept and cultural context, not just consistency. The workflows and best practices I established are still in use today.

My role: End-to-end ownership — concept, design, production, and process documentation.

Design principles for the AI era
AI has expanded the research and clarification phases of concept development: compressing the time it takes to explore references, map territories, and stress-test directions. But the conceptual leap, the moment where an idea becomes something unexpected, remains entirely human. That gap between information and imagination is where design actually lives.
